Q.       Why do you charge sales tax?
A.       We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for orders sent to states where we maintain a substantial business presence.

Q.       Can I ship to a P. O. Box?
A.       Due to the policies and guidelines of UPS, FedEx and DHL, From the Farm is unable to ship your gift to a PO Box. **A physical street address is required to process your order

Q.        Can I be sure that an item sent to a business will not arrive on a Saturday?
A.        Yes, the items will arrive no later than the Friday for the week they are shipped.

Q.        Can I pay for my order with a credit card?
A.        Yes. From the Farm accepts Visa® and MasterCard® only.

Q.        Does From the Farm accept will-call/customer pickup orders?
A.        Yes. Your local From the Farm Distribution Center can provide their hours of operation.

Q.        Does From the Farm have a minimum order?
A.        No.

Q.        What is From the Farm’s lead-time to place an order?
A.        Lead-time varies by market; however, 24 hours is the typical advance notice required.

Q.        What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
A.        If your product has arrived damaged, please submit your inquiry by using the "Contact Us" link on the From the Farm home page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry. Please retain all product and packaging for inspection and your claim must be made within 1 day from the time the product is received.

Q.        What if I do not receive my order confirmation via email?
A.        Once your order is successfully placed in our system, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation, there could be a delay due to Internet traffic or you may have provided the incorrect email address. If you require additional assistance, please submit your inquiry by using the "Contact Us" on the From the Farm home page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry through email and provide a copy of your confirmation.

Q.        How can I verify the status of my shipment?
A.        Once your order has shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. Your shipping confirmation will include the tracking number which will allow you to track your gift on the internet.

Q.        What happens after I place my order?
A.        When your order is placed on our web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order number, which will serve as a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed in our system. Once your order is shipped from our facility, a confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order which will include the tracking number and will indicate the shipping carrier used to complete your delivery.

Q.        How can I make a change to my order?
A.        Please submit your inquiry by using the "Contact Us" link on the From the Farm home page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry. Your order then can be manually changed presuming your order has not left our facility or it has not been delivered.

Q.        How can I cancel my order?
A.        If your order has been processed and already left our facility we are NOT able to cancel the order, because it is no longer in our possession. You may cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been shipped.

Q.        Why are additional handling fees added to my order during the Summer Months?
A.        The Summer Handling Fee added to your order at check out allows us to cover the additional cost of cold packs and protective packaging for your delivery.

Q.        Can I send a personalized message with my gifts?
A.        Yes, you can with a limit of 240 characters including spaces for each recipient.

Q.        What are your company guarantees?
A.        Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 1 day of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.

Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package, as some packages require a signature.

Q.        What forms of payment do you accept?
A.        From the Farm accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. **We do not accept cash, personal checks or COD shipments.**

Q.        When will my credit card be charged?
A.        When placing an order online, we will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at checkout. If there is a problem securing this authorization, our system will notify you immediately and you will be prompted to use another card. If we receive card verification, your account will be charged you’re your products are shipped, usually within 24 hours.

Q.        Will From the Farm charge Sales Tax on my order?
A.        Many items sold on From The Farm are not taxable. However those items which require us to charge sales tax by law are taxed.

Q.        Why am I restricted from shipping Wine to certain states?
A.        Wine is subject to interstate shipping restrictions and can only be delivered to recipients in certain states and you must be 21 years or older to order Wine. UPS, FedEx and DHL require an Adult Signature upon delivery of shipments containing alcohol.

Q.        Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
A.        From the Farm offers special pricing for large orders and we are always available to answer your questions regarding any or all of our Business Gift Services.
