If you are not 100% satisfied or if you have a problem with your order, please Contact Us and we will take appropriate action to correct your concerns. Claims must be made within 1 day of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed*. Additional fees will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
