Butter

Organic Butter

Organic butter is pretty much like regular butter except that once it's done being churned, no other chemicals or unnecessary additives are put in it. Yes, this means it has a lack of preservatives, which means it won't last quite as long as regular butter, but at the same time, it actually has more nutrients in it. This is because the nutrients are washed away in the process when the chemicals are added. Moreover, another benefit of organic butter over processed butter is that there is less of a chance of dangerous pesticides that could contaminate the organic butter.

It's actually quite healthy to cook with organic butter because of the nutrients that are left in it. That way, it's not just an empty fat to cook with. Don't forget, organic butter is still butter, and that means it's still a fat, but if it is going to be in a diet, it might as well be the more nutritious, natural and healthy organic one.

As for consumption, there are plenty of things that organic butter can be used with, just like regular butter or margarine. A lot of people like to use butter for the simple task of a toast spread. The normal flavor is always great, and FromTheFarm.com offers organic butter in both salted and unsalted forms; but, they have some flavored organic butter as well, which would make quite a treat, even for something as easy as toast. The Organic Hazelnut and Chive or the Organic Blueberry and Toasted Almond flavored butter would make for a tasty spread on a piece of toast or even a bagel.
