Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing for all orders. Each FromTheFarm.com product is packed and shipped via a method suited for its unique needs. At checkout, you can upgrade from the 'standard' shipping option, if available for that product. Not all products have upgrade options available from the standard shipping option and this is generally the case for products that are shipped standard via overnight delivery. Upgrading your shipping method upgrades the transit time of your order. Processing time is not reflected in the upgrade of a shipment method and can still take up to 48 business hours for processing.
Some products are shipped only on specific days of the week. Please view the Shipping Notes on the product detail page of any particular product for more information on standard shipment method and shipment days.
At checkout you can select to delay the shipment of your product. The shipment delay feature is NOT a ship date or a delivery date. Use the shipment delay to pick a date and your product will ship on or after that day, according to the product and grower's shipment schedule.
At the time your order is shipped, you will automatically be emailed a notification of shipment. Additionally, you can view the shipment status of your order by logging into your account at FromTheFarm.com/user and view your order status. Tracking numbers, when available, will be posted for your reference.
FromTheFarm.com does not guarantee the arrival day or time of any product as everything is shipped through a third party (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). If you have any questions regarding the shipment status of your order, please contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
