With taste and texture comparable to pricier European butter, Hope butter is pale in color, as there are no chemicals or dyes used to enhance its yellow hue. Hope Creamery uses only the freshest local cream to create an exceptionally smooth and rich-tasting butter. Serve on bread, biscuits or muffins, use as a baking ingredient, or add to vegetable dishes. Available in salted and unsalted varieties.
