Mariachi Bread (2 fresh-baked loaves)
$22.95 per 2 fresh-baked loaves

Baked in California
A warm evening in Mexico finds us in a little cantina, stuffed to our gills and enjoying our beers. We lean forward in delight as the drums announce that dancing of the Mariachis is about to begin. The beauty and superb control of the dancers are admired by all. This loaf has that wonderful infusion of fresh Jalapenos married with Queso Fresco, Asadero, Manchego, and Cotija cheeses. This bread is a great gift to that guy in your life that loves authentic Jalapeno flavor. While not overly spicy, this also makes a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich.

Pesto Perfection Bread (2 fresh-baked loaves)
$22.95 per 2 fresh-baked loaves

Baked in California
Pesto PerfectionWhoever created Pesto should be soundly kissed and given the highest accolades. We took a Purple Chinese Basil from our local Farmers’ Market and blended it with local, pesticide-free Walnuts, fresh-pressed Olive Oil, Local Parmesan cheese, fresh Garlic, Sea salt and fresh-ground Black pepper. We then rolled it through the middle of our bread into a perfect swirl, and topped off the loaf with a light drizzle of Olive Oil. Hide this one, because everyone in the house will eat it before you get home… We suggest you pair this with your favorite wine (red or white) and with perhaps a Garlic cream sauce over your favorite pasta.

Nothing is more fun than Raisin a Ruckus when you are a kid, running wild through the house after your sister, determined to “get” her! We happen to think that our Raisin bread is worth the noise! Topped off with a lovely powdered sugar glaze our Raisin, Cinnamon, and Walnut bread also has a delicious swirl through the middle. This is so good, even our non-Raisin fans love it! Very Berry Bread (2 fresh-baked loaves)
$22.95 per 2 fresh-baked loaves

Baked in California
A deep summer afternoon in the meadow spent berry picking, our fingers stained with the ripened berry juices. Half of our bucket we ate ourselves, so we pick more and more. We never mind our thorn-poked fingers because we know what mama is going to do with the berries! This loaf of bread is lovingly hand-crafted and has organic Farmer’s Market Blueberries, Cranberries, Flax Seed, Sunflower Seeds, Freshly ground unbleached Whole Wheat from Lacey Milling Co., whole Bran and Oat Bran. Our heaviest grained bread is best appreciated simply toasted with fresh Butter or Cream Cheese.

The Almond Tree Bread (2 fresh-baked loaves)

Somewhere out in the wide world is a German pastry with a name we can’t pronounce, which has a creamy, divine almond paste through the middle of a soft and flaky roll. Here is our best endeavor to mimic that paste in our Almond loaf. We marry Rum, Almonds, Cinnamon and Butter and what a combination it becomes! This has a light sprinkling of Powdered Sugar coating the loaf. Again, we suggest you try this as an unbelievably delicious French toast.
