A tasty "twist" on the pound cake scene. Sugar Free Luscious Lemon Pound Cake has a velvety texture and is topped with a tart lemon glaze. It is perfect by itself or perfectly elegant with a dollop of Sugar Free Lemon or Raspberry Curd.

Maltitol Syrup

Our sugar-free products are sweetened with Maltitol syrup, a natural sweetener derived from corn.  The corn is “hydrolysized” (heated to high temperature in order to change it’s molecular structure), infused with hydrogen (hydrogenated), and the result is a natural product that tastes sweet but is absorbed more slowly than sugar.
