Can I ship to a P. O. Box?
A physical street address is required to process and ship your order.
Why do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for orders sent to states where we maintain a substantial business presence.
Can I be sure that an item sent to a business will not arrive on a Saturday?
Yes, the items will arrive no later than the Friday for the week they are shipped.

Yes. From the Farm accepts Visa® and MasterCard® only.
Does FromTheFarm.com accept will-call/customer pickup orders?
Yes. Your local FromTheFarm.com Distribution Center can provide their hours of operation.
Does FromTheFarm.com have a minimum order?
No.
What is FromTheFarm.com’s lead-time to place an order?
Lead-time varies by market; however, 24 hours is the typical advance notice required.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your product has arrived damaged, please submit your inquiry by using the "Contact Us" link on the From the Farm home page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry. Please retain all product and packaging for inspection and your claim must be made within 1 day from the time the product is received.
What if I do not receive my order confirmation via email?
Once your order is successfully placed in our system, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation, there could be a delay due to Internet traffic or you may have provided the incorrect email address. If you require additional assistance, please submit your inquiry by using the "Contact Us" on the From the Farm home page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry through email and provide a copy of your confirmation.
How can I verify the status of my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. Your shipping confirmation will include the tracking number which will allow you to track your gift on the internet.
What happens after I place my order?
When your order is placed on our web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order number, which will serve as a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed in our system. Once your order is shipped from our facility, a confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order which will include the tracking number and will indicate the shipping carrier used to complete your delivery.
How can I make a change to my order?
Please submit your request on our contact us page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry. If your order has not left the grower's facility we will make every effort possible to adjust your order.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has been processed and already left the grower's facility we are NOT able to cancel the order, because it is no longer in our possession. You may cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been shipped.
Can I send a personalized message with my gifts?
Yes, you can at checkout when placing your order.
What are your company guarantees?
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 1 day of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Once a delivery attempt has been made, it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package, as some packages require a signature.
What forms of payment do you accept?
From the Farm accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. **We do not accept cash, personal checks or COD shipments.**
Will FromTheFarm.com charge Sales Tax on my order?
Many items sold on FromTheFarm.com are not taxable. However those items which require us to charge sales tax by law are taxed.
Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
From The Farm may offer special pricing for large orders. Please contact us for further information. We are always available to answer your questions regarding any or all of our Business Gift Services.
What are the terms for the newsletter sign-up discount code?
Eligible email addresses are those who have signed up for our newsletter with a valid email address. The discount code will be emailed to the provided email address upon submission. The discount is for 10% off a single FromTheFarm.com order, good for one use only. The code is valid only for customers who have subscribed to the FromTheFarm.com newsletter. No purchase necessary to recieve discount code.
How do Coupon Codes work?
Coupon codes apply to the cost of products applicable to the code only. Shipping and tax will not be reduced with the use of a coupon code. Requirements for code use vary by code and can include total order cost minimim, may apply to only a specific product or grower's products, among other items. Coupon codes are enteredin the shopping cart. Only ONE coupon can be applied to a single order. If two codes are submitted, we will automatically apply the code that offers the greater discount to your order.
