These deep underground springs maintain a very cold water temperature ideal for producing healthy rainbow trout. Rushing Waters Fisheries has been growing rainbow trout since the 1940s. Fish are harvested to order. That means your fish are swimming when we receive your order. The trout is processed in a HACCP-certified plant according to strict quality-assured guidelines and you have the opportunity to recieve your order within 24 - 48 hours of harvest!
