From the Farm gets our honey from Royal Hawaiian, the premier all natural honey harvesters of the Hawaiian islands. All of these artisanal honeys are 100% raw, single sourced from their family apiary on the island of Hawaii itself that prides itself on only utilizing sustainable farming techniques and a commitment to carbon sensitive reforestation,. Organic, unfiltered, delicious, these honeys are simply the very best of their kind. Choose any three flavors:

• Organic Hawaiian Christmas Berry Honey: Light-amber color, slightly grainy mouth-feel, undertones of brown sugar and molasses with a subtly spicy finish.
• Organic Hawaiian Lehua Honey: Light golden color, a silky mouth-feel, butterscotch overtones and floral bouquet.
• Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey: Amber in color; a velvety mouth-feel; rich and slightly nutty in flavor.

100% raw, meaning all of the honeys’ unique enzymes are preserved for optimal nutrition. This is in contrast to many commercially produced honeys which are pasteurized. Heating honey to such a degree kills its naturally-occurring enzymes, which are very heat-sensitive.

Unfiltered, meaning naturally-occurring pollen and other micro-nutrients are present in our honeys. This is in contrast to many commercially-available honeys that are ultra-filtered at high temperatures, a process which strips honey of its beneficial properties.

Certified organic (Christmas Berry and Lehua), meaning our bees don’t feed on flowers that are sprayed by chemicals of any kind, which we ensure by keeping our bees in remote locations on our remote island in the Pacific Ocean. We don’t use any chemicals or antibiotics in the production of our honeys, either. Our honeys are certified by the Hawaii Organic Farmers Association (HOFA), which follows the USDA’s National Organic Program standards.

Certified Carbonfree™, meaning all carbon emissions generated in the production and shipping of the honeys are calculated and offset by investing in reforestation, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Royal Hawaiian Honeys are the first U.S. food product with this designation.
