This vinegar is sweet and tart, with the sting of Serrano heat! It's made from 100% honey and is sulfite-free. Add a delicious and distinct, yet mellow flavor to salads, sauces, seafood, poultry, and vegetable dishes. Use in place of traditional grape-based balsamic vinegar.
Especially delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads.
