As word spread about the "cake lady," requests for Rowena's specialty food exceed the capabilites of her home kitchen. She opened her gourment manufacturing facility in May of 1983. Rowena and her staff take personal responsibility to ensure that each cusotmer and product recieves a large measure of their finest ingredient: Tender, Loving Care.
