Texas Olive Ranch's orchard is between Carrizo Springs and Asherton in the Middle Rio Grande Valley, north of Laredo, south of San Antonio, east of Eagle Pass. Texas Olive Ranch grows and cold presses arbequina olives for the freshest, most flavorful extra virgin olive available. They also have olive trees for landscaping and nursery stock. Jim Henry has been running Texas Olive Ranch for fifteen years out of Texas. Jim Henry is a first generation olive farmer coming from a long line of dairy farmers.
