Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Chinese Camp (near Yosemite), the company hand produces each bottle of olive oil to ensure freshness and high-quality flavor. The company planted Mission and Lucca olive trees 13 years ago and is now in its sixth year of olive oil production. Coincidentally, the company’s location is the same latitude as the famous Italian olive oil regions of Puglia, Calabria and Sicily. All of the company’s oil is extra virgin without any additives, preservatives, chemicals or heat used during the extraction process. Old family recipes are used to make the company’s popular EVOO Blends.

Texas Olive Ranch's orchard is between Carrizo Springs and Asherton in the Middle Rio Grande Valley, north of Laredo, south of San Antonio, east of Eagle Pass. Texas Olive Ranch grows and cold presses arbequina olives for the freshest, most flavorful extra virgin olive available. They also have olive trees for landscaping and nursery stock. Jim Henry has been running Texas Olive Ranch for fifteen years out of Texas. Jim Henry is a first generation olive farmer coming from a long line of dairy farmers.
