G&C Farms was founded by Gerald and Carolyn Roth, 2nd generation farmers, and is now ran by their children and grandchildren. Dave Dunn has been in food processing for over 30 years and is the General Manager (as well as one of the three founders) of WVFC. The third founder has since retired and sold his shares back to the company.
The Williams family started their cheesemaking business more than 60 years ago using an old barn as its warehouse along Michigan’s Saginaw Bay. Today, Williams Cheese Company has become one of Michigan’s largest specialty cheesemakers producing more than 5 million pounds of cheese annually.
