A passion for honey and the belief that honey is nature’s best sweetener. That’s the foundation for Honey Ridge Farms, founded in 2004 by Leeanne and John Goetz . Located in Brush Prairie, WA, Honey Ridge Farms is committed to providing you with high-quality specialty gourmet honeys and other honey-based foods. Its first artisan honey was Wild Blackberry from Washington and Oregon. The company (run by this 5th generation beekeeping family) now offers additional single floral source artisan honey from the western U.S., and other all-natural honey-based gourmet foods.
Located in Hope, Minnesota, Hope Creamery is one of the only independently owned creameries in the state churning out butter in small batches the old-fashioned way. Made from fresh, local cream, the company’s Grade A butter is prized by chefs, bakers and consumers. With a taste and texture comparable to European butter, it is available in salted, unsalted and organic varieties. Hope Creamy is owned and operated by Victor Mrotz, who purchased the creamery in 2000. Mrotz moved from the Twin Cities back to his family’s farm with his wife Kellie, who manages the company’s books and raises their two children.

The heritage of Joe Jurgielewicz & Son is now in its fourth generation of raising Pekin Duck. As a farming family, we embrace the daily chores, our community, and this delicate land that is entrusted to our care. By attending to these priorities, we have cultivated an environment to raise the most healthy and succulent duck in America. Our research facility is a landmark of science applauded by the agricultural, academic, and culinary communities. It is here that our veterinarians and biologists develop natural feed formulas, critical duckling care, waste management, and the duck house living standards. My breed is natural and we have never employed genetic tampering or growth hormones.
