These big boys are 3 to 3 ¾ inches in diameter. Jumbo Yellow Cooking Onions are great for whole roasted or stuffed and baked recipes, as well as for grilled fajitas, soups, stews and casseroles.

Storage:

Store onions in a cool, dry, ventilated place – not in the refrigerator. Do not store onions in plastic bags.  Lack of air movement reduces storage life.
