These large, yellow onions are extremely sweet and juicy.  A high sugar level and low sulfur content make them ideal for eating raw in salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, salsas and other no-cook preparations.  The sweet yellow onions can also be grilled or roasted.

Storage:

Store onions in a cool, dry, ventilated place – not in the refrigerator. Do not store onions in plastic bags.  Lack of air movement reduces storage life.
