Babe’ Farms of Santa Maria, California was one of the very first growers of baby leaf lettuces in the United States.  Now, Babe’ Farms stands out as a premier grower, packer, shipper of more than 100 baby and specialty vegetables.  Among its year-round harvest are baby lettuces, specialty greens, colorful root veggies and baby cauliflower.  Babe’ Farms continues to be a family owned and operated business, the Lundberg Family proudly carries on the tradition and quality that the Babe’ Farms logo represents.

Babe’ Farms was founded in March of 1986 by Will Souza and four partners.  With deep roots in the Santa Maria Valley, Mr. Souza was a well-established, third generation farmer of conventional vegetables. Now, after more than  twenty years in operation out of Santa Maria, CA, Babe’ Farms continues to be a family style farming business, owned and operated by one of the original partners, Judy Lundberg and her son Jeff.
